Payment Terms

DATAXIS payment terms require that all delegate tickets  fees are due in full on booking. Failure to pay for your reserved place may result in the cancellation of booking.

Ticket fees include: all lunches, all coffee breaks, cocktails and all conference sessions.

Discounts

Super Early Bird and Early Bird pricing offers are only available if payment is made at time of booking with credit card. If payment is not made at point of booking the non-discounted price applies.

Cancellations

TICKET CANCELLATIONS

One single ticket order: Prior to April 14th, 2019 you will receive a refund less a cancellation charge of $250. We regret that NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations received after this date. However, we welcome substitute delegates from the same company at any time.

Buy 1 Get 1 order: Prior to April 14th, 2019 you will receive a refund less a cancellation charge of $450 if you cancel 1 or both tickets. We regret that NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations received after this date. However, we welcome substitute delegates from the same company at any time
The second ticket is automatically void if you don’t provide the details of the free pass holder.

How to Pay

By credit card via our secure online payment system Stripe. You can contact our customer service at any time for any question about the booking. Please note all payments will also be processed via our secure and compliant payment system so your card details are never compromised.

Are you registered?

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your booking ticket number. If you do not receive anything, please contact the customer service to make sure we have received your booking.
